구조 및 특징
본 장치는 자동차용 Head Lamp 부품에 AL의 부착성을 향상시키기 위하여 Plasma,AL Sputter, CVD법으로 SiO2 Top Coating을 실시하는 설비로서 생산 Time 단축, 앞 공정과 최적의 Matching 설비임.
